So Long No Blog!

So we have only had 8,975 things going on around here lately and blogging has fallen low on the totem pole!! Here's a glimpse into what has been going on......

The princess has a new ride thanks to my niece!! Trust me, even though her precious little feet don't reach the pedal she is still riding in style with the radio on and jamming as if she is sixteen! She dances in her little seat and turns the steering wheel as if she is in the midst of Indy racecar drivers!!

We were blessed that Bill's vacation and Matt's coincided and were able to hangout at the lake for a few days. When I realized what MC and Sarah were doing all I could think was "Cinerelly, Cinderelly (sp?)....." they were getting after it with those brooms!

No vacation is complete without your Uncle Matt slinging you across the slip-n-slide and laughing hysterically the whole time!!

Sam was able to catch bubbles and hold them in his little hands and it was really cool, I was quite impressed!

Our princesses wore themselves out playing outside and decided to veg out in front of the tv while in an Elmo trance.....la la la la , la la la la, elmo's world....you know you sing it too. It gets in your head and just won't go away!

The prince had to get in on the action ( or rather lack of), you would think as tired as my princess seems to be that she would have slept...but no, it was the whole princess and the pea situation. She slept for a little while then had had enough of her pack and play, we hung out most of the night walking around waiting for the sun to come up. She got shipped to her Poppie's house for the rest of the weekend where she was SPOILED rotten!!

This has to be one of the funniest pics that I took the whole time we were there.....how much will I love putting this in some senior slide show???
Now to get ready for the beach, lists have been finalized, clothes washed, groceries bought, new games and movies with special snacks for the prince for the car ride. I have already blown what might have passed as a diet after all the FINE food I ate this past week, so what's a little more junk at the beach????

Sam also started Science Camp yesterday and had a blast! He is already looking forward to his next two classes! They have changed a lot of the exhibits and it was actually a lot of fun!! Snakes aside that is!

Looks like ya'll had a great weekend! Isn't it crazy that no matter how tired you and your kids are, if their sleeping conditions aren't just like those at home you can forget it! Hope you have a great vacation!
